Following individual residing or connected with India can make a Will:
Such individual is adult ie. 18 years or older and
Such individual is of sound mind ie.
know what a Will is,
understand the relationship with beneficiaries
understand what property(ies) are owned and
able to decide the distribution of the property(ies).
